Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect product or
  • The product was physically damaged during transit.

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory) starting from the sealed package must be provided.
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product must be shared.

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Fragrance preference issues (e.g. “didn’t like the smell”).
  • Opened, used or tampered products.
  • Minor packaging dents not affecting the product.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and fragrance products cannot be resold once opened.

Refund Process
  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 88992 15003 within 24 hours.
  2. Share order details, unboxing video and photos.
  3. After verification, we will confirm approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

akido reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet policy requirements.

Partial Refunds

If only part of the order is damaged or incorrect, a refund will be issued only for the affected item(s).

Returns
  • Returns are accepted only for approved damaged or incorrect products.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return pickup will be arranged wherever possible.
  • If self-shipping is required, reasonable shipping charges will be reimbursed upon verification.

akido is not responsible for return packages lost in transit if shipped without tracking.

Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by:

  • Using the “Cancel Request” option under My Account → Orders or
  • Clicking the cancellation link in the order confirmation email.
After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

If akido cancels an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
  • Standard delivery time: 3–10 working days across India.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes or force majeure events.
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns at akido discretion.
Delivery & Liability
  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails and the order is returned, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Once the order status shows “Delivered”, responsibility transfers to the customer.
akido is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
